This is a highly decorative antique polychrome porcelain fountain basin, with an arched backplate. The decoration features bird motifs, specifically birds of paradise. It also features a small brass tap (or faucet) and a semi-circular basin with a moulded front edge. Designed to be wall mounted, this item would look amazing in a conservatory, orangery or cloakroom.
